Report a Barrier to Facilities and Services

Accessibility of Facilities and Usability of Services

NSA’s Installations and Logistics (I&L) is responsible for ensuring the physical accessibility of facilities and services. The ability of our workforce and guests to fully experience our Agency is important to us.

How to Report a Complaint

If you experience a barrier to the facility or services you may file a complaint with I&L. Please note that while there is no limit on the number of complaints you file, you must submit a separate complaint for each. Please contact I&L either by email or by telephone with the following information

  1. Required – Provide information about the building or facility. Building number or address.
  2. Required – List and provide a description of all of the accessibility barriers that have been encountered in the building or facility.
  3. Optional – Provide your name and/or contact information. If you provide your contact information, we will be able to communicate with you on our investigation. Your name or contact information will not be disclosed without your express permission.
  4. Optional – Provide any supporting documentation you wish to include with your complaint.

How We Handle Your Complaint

Within two weeks of filing, you will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint, if you have provided your contact information. This acknowledgement will include information about your complaint as well as the investigative process and contact information for I&L.

Complaints are investigated to determine if the identified accessibility barrier violates an applicable standard. Depending on the results of the investigation, I&L will work to remedy the accessibility barriers and inform you when the remediation is complete.
