NSA's National Security Operations Center celebrates 50 years of 24/7 operations in service to the Nation

Since its ribbon-cutting on February 21, 1973, NSOC has served as NSA’s nerve center, responsible for managing its cryptologic posture for time-sensitive actions and crisis response to optimize the agency’s global effectiveness and provide actionable intelligence to decision-makers.

The Morrison Center is a state of the art facility built for NSA's highly-qualified workforce.

NSA opens an innovative workplace for critical missions focused on the future

The Morrison Center at the National Security Agency (NSA) Fort Meade East Campus is beginning to welcome its first occupants — signifying a new age in NSA’s world-class defense operations. Serving as the hub for NSA’s most critical missions well into the future, this innovative, state-of-the-art facility will soon become home to the National Security Operations Center (NSOC) and many more vital elements.
