Unsolicited Proposals

NSA is interested in receiving unique and innovative ideas or approaches for use in satisfying our technology challenges. NSA will accept and evaluate unsolicited proposals submitted in accordance with the Guidance for the Preparation and Submission of Unsolicited Proposals. Two (2) signed copies of unsolicited proposals must be submitted to the coordinating office listed below in hardcopy format. No electronic media (CDs, DVDs, thumb drives, etc.) will be accepted: any electronic media will not be reviewed by the Agency and will be destroyed.
