Through Patent License Agreements, Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, Open Source Software Releases, Education Partnership Agreements, and Technology Transfer Sharing Agreements, these technical advances have contributed to the creation and improvement of dual-use products both for government and the commercial marketplace.
