About Our Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity (EEOD) Directorate

Our EEOD Directorate leads NSA in the development of strategies to create and maintain a culture of inclusion and fairness. EEOD offers state-of-the-art computer assistive technology and reasonable accommodations to provide support for our employees with disabilities, delivers proactive EEO and diversity outreach and training for our entire workforce, encourages participation in numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and ensures an impartial and efficient EEO complaints process
