Current Position

Thomas D. "T.D." Stuck is the acting Director of the NSA office of Civil Liberties, Privacy, and Transparency. T.D. is coming from the Office of General Counsel (OGC), where he has served most recently as the associate general counsel for Operational Authorities. T.D. has held various positions in OGC, including NSA's associate general counsel for Intelligence Law and special legal advisor to NSA's General Counsel.
