NSA Inspector General Reports

This collection contains semi-annual reports to Congress and summaries of investigations conducted by the National Security Agency's Office of the Inspector General (NSA OIG) that are responsive to multiple Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests. As an independent office within the NSA, the NSA OIG conducts investigations of Agency organizations, activities, employees, and affiliates to detect and prevent fraud, waste and abuse, and to improve management effectiveness and efficiency. The NSA FOIA Office will continue to post additional documents related to NSA OIG investigations as they are reviewed and released.
