In this capacity, he works with the NSA’s Director and Executive Director to provide leadership in all areas of the enterprise and to represent NSA’s interests both internally and externally. Prior to his retirement from NSA in 2021, he served as Deputy Commander of NSA/CSS Georgia — the Agency’s largest Cryptologic Center.
