Speaker: I've been with the agency for about 5 years, I started as a summer intern and I finished up my last year of college and came back full time and I've been doing that for about 4 years now. It's a great job. Since I've been here I've gotten to try a lot of different things. I'm always working as an intelligence analyst, but in the time that I've been here I've had six different jobs. I've gotten to test out what I like, see what I don't like, and figure out a place where I want to settle down and the commitment to settling down in one place is never too long either so I feel like I get to make a good decision and be fully invested in what I want to do without being locked down somewhere. The choice is pretty much in my hands, about where I want to go and what I want to do. I've made a lot of friends in the offices that I've been in and a lot of people that I can pick up the phone and talk to and if I have a question about how something works maybe I know a former colleague who has expertise in something that I don't. In the offices that I work in now it's very collegial, the atmosphere is more like we're all getting together to work at solving a problem and people aren't adversarial, it's very oriented towards getting to the goal.
