Speaker: Since I have been a full-time employee and at the end of last year, I have been to I think three or four different classes that have been at least a week long. There are so many opportunities to go and to learn and to further develop your skills to be able to do what you need to do that it's amazing. And it's really great to have that kind of training when you need it, especially in the work that I'm doing. It's not something you can just read a book and know how to do. You have to get experience, and you have to practice, and you have to be in a lab environment and get used to doing things. And hopefully I will be doing the 20/20 program and getting my master's over the next couple years. The 20/20 program is: You get your tuition paid for full- or part-time school work, and it can be towards getting a master's, or it could be just taking classes that you feel will be helpful to you as an employee. And you get paid like you're working 40 hours a week, but you only have to come and work 20. Just everything fell into place for me coming up here, so I feel like this is where I should be.
