Basic Unit Description and Product Description for Listing: The Getronics® TEMPEST version of the HP LaserJet 4100 Printer is a superior performing printer boasting higher speeds, larger capacity, and a new "intelligent" printer management feature not found on earlier systems. With 1200 dpi, the network-ready Getronics Laser Printer is an expert monochrome printer with 110 scalable Truetype fonts. It has a 250 MHz RISC microprocessor and comes standard with one 500-sheet and one 100-sheet input tray. Three additional 500-sheet input trays can be added, for a total capacity of 1600 sheets. The standard 100-sheet tray can be used to process 10 envelopes. An optional tray is available that handles 75 envelopes. The Getronics TEMPEST 4100 printer handles a wide variety of print media including: plain and glossy paper, transparencies, and laser-quality labels in a range of weights and sizes up to legal size, including custom sizes and envelopes. An HP Smart Print Cartridge works with the printer and software to monitor toner and print optimum output.
