Description: The DRS Technologies, Inc. NBTE-xxx TEMPEST Laptop unit is based on the Metrobook® laptop using Intel Pentium II® Processor®. The enclosures can house 1 CD-ROM, 1 Floppy (swappable with 2nd Hard disk drive) and 1 primary removable hard disk drive. RAM can be configured form 64MB up to 384MB. Options include Hard Drives, CD-ROM Drives, Ethernet, SCSI, external mouse, external Keyboard, and external audio. Operating System options are Windows® NT, or Window® 98. The basic configuration is as follows: 64MB of RAM, 3 1/2" 1.44MB floppy drive, 6.4 GB hard drive, one CD-ROM drive, one parallel part, two serial ports, two PS/2 ports (mouse/external keyboard port), and an external 100V-240V, 47-63Hz auto-switching power supply/charger.
