National Cryptologic Museum Pulling Out All Stops For Armed Forces Day

FORT MEADE, Md. — The Armed Forces Day Celebration will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 17. U.S. Cyber Command, the National Security Agency, and the Central Security Service will join with the Fort Meade Garrison to provide activities outside and inside the museum.

As part of the Agency's 60th Anniversary celebration the National Cryptologic Museum (NCM) debuted its newest exhibit "60 Years of Cryptologic Excellence " at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday 7 November. Mr. John C. (Chris) Inglis National Security Agency Deputy Director hosted the event.

Among the highlights of a special Nov. 7 observation: NSA will release an anniversary publication 60 Years of Defending Our Nation on nsa.gov. The well-illustrated and insightful volume describes NSA's achievements in areas such as signals intelligence information assurance innovative research and contributions in support of U.S. military and foreign policy goals.
